Clear steps, written terms, no surprises.
Most HR problems start with a misunderstanding. So we follow a written process for hiring, payroll and HR work, and we tell you upfront what we need from your side.
From your requirement to the joining date.
-
01
Requirement intake
You tell us the job title, department, skills, experience, shift, location, salary range and when you want people to join.
-
02
Sourcing and screening
We look for candidates through our recruitment channels and check each one against the requirements we agreed.
-
03
Your selection
The final interview, salary discussion and appointment decision stay with you, unless we agree otherwise.
-
04
Joining support
We coordinate documents, the joining date and communication with the candidate.
-
05
Replacement, if agreed
If replacement support is part of your quotation, it works on the conditions written there.
The same routine, every month.
Payroll is only as good as the data behind it. We agree on a cut-off date with you, work from approved inputs only, and share payslips and reports once the payroll is final.
Inputs that come in late, incomplete or revised can delay processing. Where agreed, rework may be charged.
- 1You send inputsAttendance, leave, OT, incentives, new joiners and exits, before the agreed cut-off.
- 2We process payrollEarnings, deductions, PF/ESIC and net salary.
- 3You approveYour authorised person checks and approves the final payroll.
- 4Payslips go outSalary slips prepared from the approved payroll.
- 5MIS sharedMonthly summary and any reports we have agreed on.

Rebuilding old payroll or compliance records may have separate charges.
Urgent jobs, bulk data correction or repeated reprocessing can count as extra work.
Delayed payments may affect continuation of services, as per the agreement.
