Univers HR Services is an HR support and workforce solutions consultancy based in Chhatral, Gandhinagar. We work with factories, industries and growing businesses that want their hiring and HR work done properly.

Your data stays your data.
Salary details, employee documents and business information are sensitive. We use them only for the service you have hired us for, and we limit who on our side can access them.
On your side, we ask that the information you share is collected lawfully, is accurate, and is shared with proper authorisation.
What we will not promise you.
Some things are outside any HR partner's control. We would rather tell you now than make promises we cannot keep.
- Government processing and approval timelines are not in our control.
- We cannot guarantee that a candidate will join, stay, or perform well.
- Statutory outcomes depend on facts, records, authority decisions and the law in force.
- Government portals and third-party systems can go down and delay work.
- Errors caused by incorrect, incomplete or late inputs from the client are not our responsibility.
A clean handover, as agreed.
Notice period
Termination follows the notice terms in your service agreement or what we agreed in writing.
Your records
We hand over the agreed information, subject to scope, payment and confidentiality.
Outstanding fees
Fees for completed work remain payable. Large or special transition work may be charged separately.
